Applications.....
Posted On 01/28/2010 03:06:24 by Lunarstorm777

So its been forever and a day since I dropped by, but I've been rather busy as of late heh. Anywho, I was filling out yet another application today when I started looking into that whole "disclaimer" section. Now forgive one so unenlightened as myself, but what exactly does anyone other than an institution verifying my eligibility to have a loan issued, have any business what so ever in obtaining a copy of my credit report? I was unaware that my buying, spending, and repayment habits have any bearing upon my ability to perform an assigned task... And please don't tell me its to "Verify character", if you want to know someone's character, talk to them and get to know them..... (No more blowing sunshine).........

And thats not even the one that pisses me off the most, nope........ My best friend has popped up YET AGAIN in all its glory...... Thats right boys and girls, the patriot act...... Yep, along with your credit history, driving record, and whatever else they feel they need to search, they also go digging for any patriot act records on you...... I'm not even applying for a job that gives security clearance in any way, shape, form, or fashion. Its just a part time beetroot until I move in a few months...... All this to work in a hardware store?!?!? Seriously???
