Gemmell's got that one right, it's called the Daliy Mail (uk newspaper) coin-flip approach to cancer study. Pick some random activity/food/ health product/ etc Heads, it causes cancer; tails it cures cancer. Then you pay some 'scientist' to make some data up to pad out your article. Simples.
