So today is my first day coaching novice rowing. Im gonna have about 18-20 19 year old college guys under my influence. I plan on calling them my wolf pack so before i can hype them up and say where my wolves at? The first practice will be a 4 mile run followed by a 6 min ab workout and some jumpies. I hope that this does not make them quit but i feel it is easy enough for the first day. I will let you know how it goes. I want more athletes though rowing is the most beautiful sport and everyone needs to know what it is about.
