People move from point to point

With purpose and energy

People come into my path

To share this with me

I feel myself growing

As I walk on this path

I see people waiting

But something holds me back

From this life I can see

Quite clearly

As my fears become apparent

I realise it’s me

When I find myself slipping

Into thoughts that may scare me.

I will look on and see

There is no need to be

Everything is out there

A lot of it is free

Like the love from other people

The love they get from me

Our experiences are important

They help others see

The light in our hearts
