Are the spammers trying to tell me I am fat? First, it's ColonMAte and now I get another one: entitled the Sex diet - I nearly peed my pants laughing - sex your way to losing weight....damn I should be a waif!

Sorry, but I cannot write anymore on this because I just have to sit back relax and ponder this diet - hmmmm, yup, I still think I should be a waif......this one is not working for me...

I think laughter is not only the best medicine but also wonder if it burns calories....

11/01/2007 20:04:49 The only thing that I have found that actually worked for losing weight watchers. I bought my wedding dress 4 sizes too small so that I would be in the size that I wanted to be! I did it! I only had to have it let out an inch. That was all. I was so proud. I lost 30 lbs in a little over 4 months. The down side, as soon as I fit into my dress and the wedding sh!t was all over with, I gained it all back and then some. I desperately need to lose it again. I wish that the "sex" diet really worked! It would be easy to lose it...maybe!
