there's blossem on my tree!?!?!in febuary!!

its the middle of febuary and there are daffadills and blossem!?!?!?! what is happenin?this time last year there was snow, its 14 degrees out side, its almost that warm in july and august(that may be a slight exageration but u get my point!)...whats happenenin?!?
