GRRRRR!!

Today just sucks a lot of butt. My town is covered i mean covered in a half inch of ice which would have been fine if my ice scraper wasn't in my car but i did manage to get in without breaking a door this time. Its a first. Im down to one door that isnt broken and i plan to keep it that way. On top of everything my sink is severely clogged so i cant use it or the dishwasher and no one can come to fix it until wednesday and i cant go get any draino because of all the ice. GRRR!! I suppose it could be worse but it still sucks butt. But on the plus side on wednesday its supposed to be 50 degrees. Missouri weather is so weird.

Thanks everyone for the empathy i will make it nothing is more scarier than hearing trees creak under the weight of ice though. It could be worse though so happy thoughts.

.....shinola, i almost feel guilty. We have had one of the mildest winters i can remember.

Althou just a hint of frost, tends to send our fragile land in to chaos...go figger!

this is the week of clogged drains and frozen pipes and broke-down busted heaters.

I too had to scrape several inches of snow and ice from my windshield this morning...with a garden trowel.

I too had my furnace break down. 

On the plus side, my small office has two radiators. It must've been over 90 degrees in there.  ahhhhh. like a sauna.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. I woke up this morning and my furnace quit working over night, so its was freezing in my house when I woke up. Its still barely 60 degrees in here.
