Hey everyone-some of you may or may not remember me, I used to be on the site a couple of years ago, but somehow disappeared off the radar!  All I know is it's good to be back...my first action is to steal this from other bloggers :)

 

1. My favorite place to be is...with my horses

2. I am listening to... crickets

3. I talk... shiznit

4. I love... too easily!

5. My best friend/s are... my saviours
 
6. I would like to ban... religion
 
7. Love is... a little too elusive for my liking
 
8. Marriage is... a piece of paper
 
9. Somewhere, someone is thinking... what is another word for thesaurus?
 
10. I'll always be... short

11. The last time I really cried was... a few weeks ago
 
12. My cell phone... is a Nokia and as such, is invincible
 
13. When I wake up in the morning... I hulk out
 
14. Before I go to bed...I think too much

15. Right now I am thinking about... how tired I am

16. Babies are... never going to be my thing

17. I get on Myspace... never

18. Today I... am going to another long shift at work!
 
19. Tomorrow will... be another day

20. I really want to be... thinner haha

21. Maybe I should... go to bed

22. I get annoyed when... people are too judgemental of others too quickly
 
23. Parties are.... ok sometimes

24. If i had a million dollars...I would follow my favourite bands on their world tours 
 
25. I'm totally terrified... of disappointing people I care about

26. I really want some... hot rugby players to be suddenly and desperately in love with me and battle for my affections
 
27. My past is incredibly... up and down
 
28. I never want to... stop

29. People say I'm... a smartarse

30. I am... just me!

Well, some people need to know that there are people who actually act in the name of God, and there are people who lie about acting in the name of God. The latter people use religion for their own nefarious ends. That doesn't mean God actually wanted them to do that.

I've always wondered why some atheists today still get bent out of shape over actions that took place hundreds, even thousands of years ago. The past is the past. Humanity has changed for the better. Look at what religion does today. Don't look at what people people claimed to do in the name of God back when tolerance had yet to be invented.

It's not so much what religion has done to me, it's more what it's done to millions of other people throughout time   I honestly don't judge anybody for being religious (whatever makes you happy!) but I guess the beauty of the world we live in is that we can all make our own decisions.  I am very tolerant of religious people, it's just the concept of it and what has been done in the name of it that I tend to have issues with.  Or maybe I'm just another jerky atheist who wants to ruin the party

Aw, come on. What did religion ever do to you? I would never think of banning atheism. Where's the tolerance? Atheists always gotta ruin the party for everybody.
