Well would you look who it is? :D

Hey guys, guess whos back?..ME! :D Was off the site due to all my social networking being hacked, passwords all robbed and only god knows whats being sent from my emails or anything right now but thanks to Rob(ozred) my old account is now gone and i have a brand spanking new one.

So whats new with Lisa i may hear 1 or 2 of you asking, whoever has an interest, Ive started college, well university some may know it as, differes from country to country. Im currently getting a Bachelors honors degree in Health,fitness and leisure studies. Its amazing. Its everything i hoped it would be and more. Bit of a nuts course, very demanding and hands on but whats better than being given the oppertunity to get stuck in from the very start and learn as your grow as a person.

Thats exactly what ive done since last september when i recieved my leaving cert exam results i made a huge decision on what my future career would be and made the move down south, and i couldnt see myself doing anything else, its amazing. Unfortunately as all first timers to college must do its latch straight on to drinking and going clubbing, looking back now i realize how silly it was and how i dont need alcohol in my life for me to enjoy my nights out. Okay i agree that it loosens people up and makes them more social, well for me it does but then sometimes it can push me a bit further than social and just make me completely stupid and beyond responsive to people and just allows me to make a complete disaster of myself unfortunately i had an extreme case of this which has led me where i am today, i am proud to say that i have completely cut down my drinking to a max of 4 drinks when i go out. usually it would consisit of 2 bottles of wine, i personally am disgusted that i can even say that. Whats better is that the weight has completely fallen off me since i have stopped drinking, its amazing. Im sleeping better feeling fitter and looking better. As a fitness professional i would reccommend it to anyone who may feel like they need a boost :) Cut the crap and grab some flavour water or some non alcoholic drink OR which i find great is that theres a drink i use when socializing at friends houses that looks like wine but its completely non alcoholic and it tastes amazing so i can enjoy myself without the nasty hangover the next day :D

Okay i better stop before i take off on one of my "fitness rants" as my friends call them :).. So, Lisa has completely turned into a person who encourages a lifestyle full of fun, fresh air, water and an apple here and there. im not a complete fitness fanatic believe me, i love my lay ins, lazy pyjama days and loads of chocolate and snacks so dont for a second think that im out running every minute of every day cause im not  i wish i was but im not  haha 

Nothing else has really changed for me but college has been the main change in my life right now and its changed me for the better so what i would say to anyone whos currently in a situation where they are trying to decide something that may benefit them in the long run just go for it, you never know what might happen, who knows? it may take you places in your life that you may never have thought possible. Just be the person you feel that you are and who cares what people think, its your life, your accomplishments , let people be jealous, let people make smart remarks or comments, keep that beautiful head of yours high and that personality shining and it will take you anywhere

Good to have you back again and it looks and sounds like the fitness routine is doing wonderful things for your life :) Nice advises about keeping your head high too!

While I didnt know you from before, welcome back.  I'm glad you are
making changes to better your life.  I toast my coffee and chocolate bar
to that ^_^
