Dear god I'm embarassed for you. Are you seriously complaining about someone on the site trying to help out another member? Honestly? I think this is one of those keep our opinions to ourselves for once kinda things.
I think you read way too much into that. I wasn't trying to say that anyone else wasn't deserving to go or question anyone's worth on this site. It was a turn of phrase.
More over, you've said in your blogs before that if people don't like what you have to say that we shouldn't read it. I love how you don't have to live by what you expect out of other people.
I am not trying to start a fight, I am just stating my opinion, I find it rude that you would say that "no one deserves to go more than Jules." A LOT of people contribute to this site, and no one deserves to go more than anyone else. Yes she does contribute to this site a lot, but so do many many others, and I know that there are others that agree with that.
I think anyone and everyone should go if they can - we all deserve to go -

no can do. I only have my Las Vegas fund and not tapping that... otherwise - I would shell out the full boat. I can offer her a place to stay - but she'll have to arrange for travel to and from NYC - fly to Hartford and I will pick you up the Saturday before St. Patty's day...I can drop you off in NYC.....
perhaps because some people have mates on here and those mates would like to see said person there and its not really uncommon for mates to help eatch other out its not asif the money is comming from the site itself (actually its got nothing to do with the site really as its not steve giving any money).
would love to put some money in but i am seriously skint (ive got about 2 maybe 3 quid in the bank lol)
