So I've aggravated my muscle pull in my back (which was ALMOST better--even withOUT the promised rubbing thankUverymuch) by chair dancing WAY too enthusiastically to the above song.
Shoulda titled this blog "Obsession," cuz I've listened to the above song at least 15 times...it's just making me happy, as music will do, ya know.
Anyhooooooo back in the dark ages when I had a job, I wrote this whole big thing on "chair dancing," and it was fixin to be semi-hilarious (what with all the tips and tricks to be subtle with it while still getting a complete workout), but the fact remains, I've been bouncing and verily almost killing myself with the twisting (and implied shouting) and such. And yes, so my little semi-pulled muscle (couldn't be a tear, cuz it kinda "healed" too fast) is re-owied.
Worth it, though. Cuz I freakin LOVe that song!

Ok-I'd like to mention another option...there is the ' standee-uppee' dancing, where you get outta the chair, go out amongst the grand unwashed, and dance in a big ol' group/pile/smoosh with all of them on the dance floor... That's what I like, works for me, but chair dancin' wiill suffice if that's not available... 'cause you know what dancin' leads to!!!!
I HAVE to run on my tread mill when I am hung over with OJ in my water bottle....ipod turned up very loud to drown out the pounding headache! Perfect song to run to!! Oh yeah...don't blog drunk!!
