Hi Folks,

  I had my hernia operation, i was pretty much gutted like a fish - in and out the same day and given the usual feel good pills.  So whilst I have been taking it easy and trying to presuade friends to come round.  There is a real problem in this world called I need to have this thing, or materialistic and I blame

DAYTIME TV!

  what a complete load of fertilizer,  to anyone who watches it, montel, ricki lake, j kyle, blah, blah... really does need to go out, read a book, or find a hobby. 
How I miss work, oh boy how I miss work, all is forgiven.

Has any one made you laugh yet, my hubby use to be in pain with tears and laughter at the same time, when the kids made him laugh.  He had his op last May.

I got forced to watch daytime TV when I broke my leg 8 years ago - that was 4 months of hell :( so I have a good idea what you are going through. It's tough to stay still, I know. But you'll soon be back on your feet.

eek.. My dad had a hernia operation.. but he was a pain in the butt.. he wouldnt sit still.. thats probs why his scars really bad lol

Daytime telly sucks big time..

Get a book  

Or become square eyed and stay on here LOLOLOL

Aw, poor Big John! You're so dead on, on the daytime tv. It's the ongoing sign of the upcoming apocalypse, I do believe.

Have never been able to watch it, but I know it's horrid.

I do hope you're feeling better, and I've missed you (GENTLE hug) and let us know how you're doing, ok?
