Robert Jordan passed away in September.  This is tragic news for the literary world.  If you know of what I speak, please respond.

Final book?!!!! An ending? 2000 pages! Sweet!

He was a mad man! Each book could have been cut down by half if he hadn't recapped so freaking much! I dropped out at #10, I believe. Some day I may pick them all up again, I did love the story, when it was moving forward.

RIP Robby baby, your words were a big part of a significant time in my life.

 

Ok its now official. I must surrender to, and embrace the geek with in me.

He was able to outline the final book before he died.  So the hope is his wife or publisher will finish it.  He estimated the final book would be over two thousand pages

I had heard about his illness some time ago. I am sorry to hear he passed. So many Wheel of Time fans...

Guess I will have to read the last book or two that i gave up on, even though I know that there will never be any conclusion to the story.
