Refinding

Well its a been a tough 12 months, no actually its been a tough 3 years, just the last 12 months has been especially hard.  Guess when things come to an end its can take time to accept it, i only get to see my daughter every other day now.... thats kinda hard to accept, but its just the way it is.

Well its time to find me again, time to be a solitary wiccan again, time to do the things i enjoy again.  Someone once said that life is a bowl of shiznit and every now and again you fall in, i kinda see where he was coming from, but life cant be all shiznit or non of us would live it.  Think i prefer to think that every now and again it rains and you get wet and cold.  Then you have a choice stand still in the rain and wallow in your misery or start walking to find shelter and solice until the rain stops.

Ive been around and seen enough to know that the rain doesnt stop until you decide it does, its just perspective.  Change your perspective and the sun shines again - with the right perspective it never rains.

Well i  had the wrong perspective and it rained a lot, its still a bit cloudy in my world, but every day brings along a little bit of blue sky and with it the bright warm light of happiness, sooner or later the sky will be blue again and life will be good.

Always look for the pleasure that the little things can bring..... smile and people smile with you, spread happiness and it will be returned.......

and remember... shiznit has a nasty habit of sorting itself out..... if you keep poking it you just get smelly fingers !

"Then you have a choice stand still in the rain and wallow in your misery or start walking to find shelter and solice until the rain stops."

I've never seen it put better....and I agree with Little, this is great.  I think sometimes we all need to fall in the shiznit every once in a while to make us pull our finger out and focus on what it is we really want from this one life, rather than what we think we should have and want.

Thanks for sharing this...!
