If ur going to the beach the best thing u can do is cover as much skin as possible (this can really be used as a general rule for guys where budgie smugglers are concerned) and every where else just apply a really layer or 2 every half an hour or so. I have followed this rule for a long time and it has served me well. Except one time i forgot to put some on my neck. My sister took great delight in the fact that i couldn't use a pillow that night it was so bad.

The burn is much worse than it looks. The sunlight bleached the whole pic, but trust me when I say that this is the worst burn I've ever had. Note the goggle shaped lines on my face. Oh, and please excuse my vapid expression. My face is swollen and full of pus, so I feel like I just got done with some botox injections.

I got none of the benifts and he biggest downfall of redheadedness from by biological ffather. I have light olive color skin but I burn easily. a couple summers ago I rode my vike for 11 hours and when I got home it was horriably painful and I had lovely blister on my arms from my shoulers to my elbows. I was wearing a tank top and well good thing my back and chest weren't exposed or I owuld have probably been worse off. Yah I whent for a bike ride for 4 hours on saturday and well have mild sunburn. Need to pull out the sunscreen.
