speaking of chocolate, I just happened to read this really great essay on chocolate in the new yorker this morning.
pretty much agrees with 'Burg, but says that the low levels of caffeine, theobromine, serotonin, phenylethylamine, and a cannabinoid component (similar to that found in marijuana) don't explain the high of chocolate, which is amply documented.
it's a mystery is what it is.
how do you know so much about chocolate anyway, 'Burg?
