I want to see it too, but I will probably end up waiting til it's at Blockbuster. Very glad to know that Mr. Smith has not lost "it" though. I heart him

Will looks GOOD!  Yummy Yummy.  I could watch that part over and over.  Maybe I just need to get a screensaver of it.  The movie was different than I expected, but I still really like it .  I'll buy it when it comes out on DVD.

Right after I saw the movie, the news talked about red glowing cats. What are we capable of doing to the world and ourselves without thinking about the outcome of our actions?

Brandi you have got to see it, so we can talk about it.

I saw dat shiznit.

I was hooked by the trailer too, but have to say have mixed feelings after seeing it.

Will Smith, as ever, rocked. The man can do no wrong. But the story... meh.

Been done howmanytimes since howeverlongago? Most recently I'm thinking 28 days. Which was way better.

Now I know we're all thinking end times thanks to Osama and Ahmadinejad and I think Canada's been giving us the evil eye lately too even..

Butthat doesn't excuse an unoriginal flimsy plot. I felt like the places where the movie actually got interesting were all dropped prematurely and peremptorily. Like how about the social order of the infected? "Socially devolved" the guys says, and then comes cranky infected hubby looking for captured infected wife, leading hordes of infected followers. Feels like a sequel setup to me.

Or how about the road to the promised land? I understand there are time limitations but for God's sake Stephen King took 700+ pages to talk only about that road trip in The Stand. 3 years without road maintenance and they show up with a clean car.

conclusion: needed another 2 hours to really ferment.

end rant.

i would respond on your page, but i guess i have to be your friend, and i have no idea how to do that so yeah anyways.

i don't want to ruin the movie on Brandilea,...

but i will say. make sure you bring someone you can snuggle up against or squeeze if you're jumpy...i love scary movies, but i get scared easily...so i was like freaking out. i pretty much exploded of popcorn when things jumped out. haha.

THAT MOVIE WAS AWESOME. :) I can't wait for it to come out on DVD so i can just watch that part with will smith excersizing. yummmmmyyyylicious.

it really made me think about the future though..what if we did find the cure for cancerr...would the outcome really be that? i was left with many thoughts and questions after i watched it. it was such a great movie.
