So I've been silent for awhile now. I've been taking this time to reflect on all of my choices over the year, all of the things that have happened over the globe, and why we may be losing our drummer because his wife thinks I'm a bad influence. When you hear something so stupid it causes such reflections to happen.
That is if it's the first time it happens. But no this is not the first time that I can recall. You see pushing 30 as I am, engaged and raising a child one would think life has sort of worked itself out. Out living the odds I waited until I was sure it was right to get completely engaged with any woman. However most every friend I've ever had, my brother included have somehow gotten themselves stuck with women who waited until the noose was tied before they showed who they are.
The plan is simple. Meet the guy and act "fun". Soon they will get the man to buy the ring. When the ring hits the flesh it will be too late. Soon she will be pregnant and she'll say ohhh it's ok we're engaged right? With the threat of child support and years of court and visitation looming she will now have total control. Next thing you know the mans friends are calling each other asking"what the fart happened to him?". What they don't know is their friend is now to far gone. The first thing she cuts is anyone who would speak out against their rule. With his pride and man hood on the verge of ruin she knows she has already won.
The man will then carry out the rest of his days in servitude. He will work come home clean, cook his own food and never get laid but once every three to four months. His stamina will be gone for the act so the whole process takes about 5 minutes. Just enough to keep him from killing himself. He will someday look back on his life and wish he was never born. Wish that he would have listened to the people that warned that the woman was evil. But he has no choice but to keep living until the day he is released from life. My fallen bretheren I salute you. Now go forth and die.
Well, in my opinion, if the man is that miserable, he should just grow a backbone and leave the bitch. As a child of divorce, I can honestly say that staying together for the children is NOT the right thing to do. We threw a party when my parents got divorced. I think Ada's kids will do the same when he finally realizes his horrible mistake. If it's child support he's worried about, get room mates... or moreover, fight for custody. :D
But that's not to say that I don't feel for you Tim. I know it sucks balls and I loooooove you and I bet my nagging doesn't look so bad now, does it? Heehee.
