Here is what I thought. What did you think?
I never write reviews...just read 'em...BUT
I honestly have to say that this movie was extremely intense! If you
had a problem with motion sickness this movie is NOT for you. I even got motion sick!
Of course there isn't some deep meaningful plot. It was what it was...a
monster attacking NYC and all of it being shot with a handheld. It was
definitely great for what it was. I honestly thought I'd be bored by it
since the build up for this movie was such a secret and such a big
deal, but it amazed me.
I
guarantee you will enjoy this movie if you aren't one of these people
desperately searching for a deep meaningful explanation as of to who
the monster is, what his name is, and what are his motives. This movie
has a dash of romance, a touch of horror, tons of thrills, and a
sprinkle of comedy.
For some reason this one got to me....it deeply creeped me out. It is
SOOO realistic. I guarantee it will leave you saying "wow that could
happen". I think that was the purpose of the film. I bet I'll have
nightmares tonight.
The camera jerks around ALOT so precede with EXTREME CAUTION!
