Hey Hippy, right on! I have liked most of your postings and agreed with some. This one is very true. We need to stop being cattle to the American media and open our eyes to what is happening in the rest of the world. My friend who is originally from Argentina, watches the BBC and other media to get any REAL news about the world.

Why is it heartless if I care more about 1 million dead than 1 dead millionaire? That seems to be the opposite of most people in this coutry.

Look Ledger was the same age as me, he had a two year old daughter I have a three year old daughter. Only difference is if I died my daughter wouldn't be a millionaire.

The video was meant to be empowering and uplifting. To tell people that these celebrities are no more important than you or I.

I fought it was a bit heartless at first too, but then i watched it again and realized that you're not ripping on his death. You don't say that your glad he's dead or anything like that, you're just trying to make a point, which makes a lot of sence. Still, they are the faces of the world and that's why people become so upset by their deaths, in the paper today there was 6 whole pages on the man. Either way, i'm disapointed with his death and will miss him.

I guess if heartless is the worst I get. I should consider myself lucky. But to explain a point. I never said one bad thing about Ledger. I even left out the fact that he died from an overdose out. Just to keep it from seeming slandering. On that point anyone who dies from an overdose is a retard.

The fact remains he did this to himself. If he would have kept his drug habit at bay. His daughter would still have a father. I just don't see that I said anything heartless.........

i personally agree with this message this video is trying to put forth.  the american media portays such an unrealistic view of what is "normal" and young, impressionable people just eat it up as if it were the cure for cancer.  instead we should be focusing on what is truly important and trying to build a better future for EVERYONE.  yet day after day its britney this, paris that, and blah blah blah blah blah.   

anyways enough with this rant.
