Well,what defines a true redhead?someone whom is natural,freindly,polite and considerate. someone whom is intelligent,creative and hardworking.someone whom is loving,lovable,romantic and prefers to make love than war.but has a fiery temper and let people know we can not be broken. A true redhead would always remain faithful and loyal to their fellow redheads,but may not intentionally descriminate agianst anyone that is not like them and say things like "i f@*king hate you" and "your not normal" regardless of what they look like or whatever physical or mental disability they may have. A true redhead would have no interest in hollywood culture and Gossip,cheesy pop culture and magazines,botox,plastic surgury,obsess with makeup,have sleazy affairs,go out to nightclubs and get drunk or copy what celebrities do with their tacky trends. A true redhead should never sell themselves for SEX nor should they involve themselves in illicit drug use or commit a serious criminal offence that could land them in gaol/jail.these are things that a fair proportion of non redheads would consider to be normal, but us redheads are different with our culture,we are more refined.
&nb; sp; THIS IS THE REDHEAD

[quote="lunar_zeus"]Well,what defines a true redhead?
Red hair appears in people with two copies of a recessive gene on chromosome 16 which causes a change in the MC1R protein. It is associated with fair skin colour, freckles, and sensitivity to ultraviolet light, as the mutated MC1R protein is found in the skin and eyes instead of the darker melanin.
Approximately 1% to 2% of the human population has red hair. It occurs more frequently (between 2% and 6% of the population) in northern and western Europeans, and their descendants, and at lower frequencies throughout other parts of Europe, Asia and Africa.
To sum it up, a true Redhead is a person with the mutated MC1R protein on the recessive chromosome 16 gene, character traits and behavior have nothing to do with genetic makeup and is irrelevant to the equation of a "True Redhead".
The color you have on top of your head has nothing to do with what goes on inside of your head.

Interesting... Since the dawn of history They have said it again and again, in all derogatory ways known to man, that people born with red hair is a special breed. And the answer is: of course, but we're the ones tell who 'we' are. Identity politics has always existed, but nowadays the people can, and does, invent, create and chose their own tribes in a manner never seen before. By the way, I'm looking for the tribe of the left-handed, has anybody been in contact with it?

Dunno if I can really agree with this definition.... theres many lovely parts that I aspire to and it would seem to me many of my natural redheaded compatriots would certainly fall into (intelligent, creative, hardworking, lovable, romantic, firery, faithfu, etc., etc... but many of the other descriptives you list seem far more restrictive then any true redhead would aline themselves with... The line that and I am paraphrasing but it tands out to me most is "WE RED HEADS ARE DIFFERENT"... To me the defition of a red head is someone who does in fact stand out as different, but has the tolerance to accept others even if they're not. And if they don't like they can pretty much go fk themselves hahahaha!
