I have acturly found a fact that says the perception of the colour red increases the viewers pulse, metabolism and heart rate. Dont spend thousands on exercise equipment, scroll through the photos on this site to get ur heart rate up.

Being in Oz, although we are out numbered by a fair bit, we are not that...uncommon. So we're a little more accepted.
