Well, as most everyone in the US has heard by now, we lost one of our flights a few days ago. Continental 3407 went down in icing conditions around buffalo, New York. I blogged a bit ago about how Frankie saw his first airplane, through the open door, and how he was entranced.

Since then, he's seen three more, one at night (he LOVED that, you should have seen how huge his pupils got), and I'm starting to think he's predisposed to be loving airplanes.

Realizing that I have a tendency to anthropomorphize, I SWEAR he looks for them when he's sitting in the window, and they seem to thrill him.
