My big red buddha ass freckles are blemishes. My mommy told me they're angel kisses and I believe her.

Let's define "blemish":

"a mark or flaw that spoils the appearance of something (especially on a person's body); "a facial blemish'" (Princeton Wordnet)

Now, let's define "freckle": "Freckles are small colored spots of melanin on the exposed skin or membrane of people with complexions fair enough for them to be visible." (Wikipedia)

So, no, I don't agree.  Let's write them.
