Well, here I am, I've finally found some time to put a little something into my presence here at Redhedd.com.  I started by doing a few polls, which as a lot of fun, before checking out the forums.  Great stuff.  What I did find was an issue with discrimination, with regard to Redhedd.com being ONLY for redheads... no other hair colours need apply type of thing.  So I thought I'd better comment, not in retaliation or to start a war (I know not to pick fights with redheads), but to just make it clear why I'm here.  Why I find redheads so special.... and beautiful.

Straight off the bat, from my point of view, the difference is immediate when you meet a redhead compared to blondes and brunettes.  You guys are a lot more discerning about the people you interact with.  You have a confidence that comes from being perceived as being different I guess, and its usually delivered straight and true. No f@#king around.  You're feisty, which is very cool.  At the end of the day, the conversation is fuller, and more rewarding.  And you guys are always the first to suggest, or volunteer for, doing something fun/silly/crazy or illegal.  At the same time you cant be easily plied into anything you don't want to do, there's only one thing more stubborn than a redhead and that's a redheaded male.

You guys can be very different and thats fine by me.  Go for it.  As for discrimination, well.. I think that's up to the individual here, lets try not to force our opinions onto others.  I'd hate to see (or be chased by) a well organised posse of redheads here at Redhedd.com .  I'm not going to kick up a stink when I get flamed for being a blonde in a redhead world, but I think I would step up if someone was getting flamed when they didn't deserve it.
