OK, so this one feels as if it's going to be a little bit random so here goes. JOB INTERVIEW UPDATEI didn't get the job with the council, they say that they had found someone with experience of working in a cleaning company. Now this reason wasn't even in the person specification, not even under the "Ideally has" column. What's the point of issuing these person specs, if the reason you choose isn't even listed?
