So...today work has been very quiet again. We should, apparently, have double the amount of work next week (*here's hoping*) but for now we just have to put up with having very little work - the temps began to leave at 2:30 this afternoon because we were so dead. It is so frustrating knowing that by lunchtime, the majority of the work will be done. I'd much rather be busy, I like a bit of pressure.
We shouldn't have overtime at the weekend - I'm conflicted about this because in a way I am glad I don't have to work, but I also really need the money and as Friday and Monday are both bank holidays, it would be triple time on both of those days (and the usual double time on Saturday).
We've had a lot of problem cases today - apparently, despite how much FA's get paid, they still find it quite hard to fill out a simple form. Still, it has given us a bit more work to do.
